Anne has lived in Sussex for most of her life and became interested in sport from a very early age. This interest continued and Anne was awarded an honours degree in Sports Studies and Psychology at Northampton University in 2001. On leaving university Anne gained valuable experience and further qualifications in the various disciplines within Health and Fitness Clubs. Having observed first hand the numerous benefits of Sports Massage she decided to extend her knowledge by completing a diploma in Sports Massage Therapy. Anne is able to tailor her massage to be effective for a wide range of conditions and can draw upon her knowledge and experiences to give her clients a more comprehensive treatment.
Anne goes to The Olympics
I was very proud to be one of 2,700 volunteers selected (from 18,000 applicants) to make up the medical team at the London 2012 Olympic Games. I was a Sports Massage Practitioner, based in the Polyclinic (medical centre) within the athletes village. It was a truly amazing experience and one that I will treasure forever.
Anne continues to learn and develope new skills and so her treatments may include a mixture of
* Traditional sports massage
* Myofascial taping
* Dynamic movement skills
* Hot / cold stone therapy
* Pregnancy massage
