Our room rental package includes:

Room & materials

• Access to a professionally equipped practitioner environment
• Flexible hours, evenings, Saturdays (when available)
• All utilities & regular cleaning included
• Couch roll, towels, & other relevant practitioner consumables included (This does not include your own specialist materials i.e. tape, massage oils and creams)

Clinic reception

• Experienced, friendly & trained reception staff to meet & greet all patients
• Provide patients with a drink upon arrival
• General knowledge of natural health
• Ability to assist in introducing you to our clients
• Take care of payment processing & rebooking
• On top of the reception staff, we have a back up answering service in place so no calls are missed! If the phone is engaged the answering service takes the call and emails us the details so we can call the clients back immediately.

• Your personal details and therapies on clinic website. Including paid for stock images. (You need to supply professionally taken portrait photos of yourself). The website receives over 100 page views per day.

• Use of pre-printed marketing available for you to use i.e. referral vouchers, health tips brochure, gift vouchers and generic flyers for the clinic.

Your launch!

When we welcome you to the team we have a tried and tested launch program for you to get you started with patients. These may be new patient to the clinic or existing patients that will now use your services too. This will really fast forward you on your way but it is only the beginning. You must be willing to actively promote yourself along with the promotions we provide. There is nothing better than you personally being active in bringing new patients to yourself and asking the patients you see to send you their friends and family. This is far more personal.
