TECAR (Transfer of Energy Capacitive and Resistive) therapy is a form of advanced radiofrequency treatment used by physical therapists around the worldwide. Many world class sports teams and athletes use it as part of their daily recovery.

But it isn’t only available to these elite athletes. TECAR therapy stimulates your body's natural repair mechanisms by delivering high-frequency current deep into tissues. Much deeper than massage or osteopathy can reach.

What Happens in a C-Section?

A Caesarean section (C-section) is a major abdominal operation where the surgeon makes incisions through the skin, underlying fascia, abdominal muscles, and the uterine wall to deliver the baby. While this procedure is often life-saving, it leaves behind scar tissue as part of the natural healing process. In some cases, this scar tissue can form adhesions, leading to pain, tightness, altered sensation, or restricted movement. The abdominal wall and pelvic floor muscles can also be weakened, impacting core stability and recovery.

How Radiofrequency (TECAR Therapy) Supports Healing
