MEDITATION AS ANTIDOTE TO STRESS
Meditation can bring a change of perspective, a different way of seeing who we are and with it an appropriate response
to what sometimes appears as a problem or "life situation".
The primary aim of this programme is to develop an understanding of what meditation is and is not,
what the benefits of daily practise are, how to create your own space and how to keep the practice alive.
Also we will look at new scientific studies and evidence, how to deal with negative thoughts and difficult emotions,
how to create states of consciousness, the relationship between doing and being and finally some important meditation techniques.
