Each treatment lasts 90 mins and is tailored uniquely to you. The face reflects the well being of the emotional and physical body so each treatment includes full body acupuncture as well as facial acupuncture. I will make you comfortable on the treatment couch, take your pulses and then decide where on the body and face the needles should be placed in order to balance your entire system. Then I gently insert very fine sterile needles (I’ve had people falling asleep whilst this is done!). You rest while the needles are in. After removing the needles, here comes one of the best bits of the treatment - a blend of organic oil is massaged into your skin, and using gua sha (jade stones) to gently release fascia leaving your skin glowing and looking more vibrant.
