The Perrymount osteopaths regularly work with patients suffering with headaches. One of the most common causes of headaches are changes in the spine and muscles of the shoulders and neck creating tension into the head.
All our osteopaths will do their best to help you as quickly as possible. Beyond this start our ultimate aim will be to keep you headache free in the long-term. This might involve looking at other areas of your spine that are triggering your neck and head pain. Or showing you how to achieve a better posture, desk position and giving exercises or stretching advice.

Joint restrictions in the spine, these could be anywhere but most commonly in the neck and upper back
Pelvic torsions and low back pain. Imbalances in the pelvis can affect the neck alignment and so trigger headaches
Jaw pain can also trigger headaches
